These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the Service. Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Yaga’s Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the Terms at any time.

a. Privacy Policy. By entering into these Terms, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Yaga’s Entertainment Inc. Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

We will communicate with you electronically, by telephone or by facsimile.

3. Purchases.

a. Use of a Credit Card. If you wish to purchase products described in this website, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment information. By providing such information, you represent and warrant that it is accurate, complete, and current. By making such purchase, you agree to pay all charges (including applicable taxes and/or S&H charges) incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

b. Right of Refusal. Yaga’s Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to refuse, delay or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, inaccurate card information and/or contact information of the person who has placed the order and/or is the primary cardholder.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Effective August 5, 2014

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise purchased. Simply ship back the unwanted product to Yaga’s Entertainment and once we receive & process the package we will issue a refund within 3-5 days.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any shipping method, at your expense. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
